ABOUT THIS BOOK
I am one of the thousands of cancer statistics in July of 2009. But today, in 2018, I am alive! I am a living testimony that if I can receive my healing from God, you can be healed as well of any disease that you are dealing with right now, because God is no respecter of persons! This book is about my story! It is about my miracle, and the unconditional love, grace and compassion I experienced from God through Christ Jesus, and the enabling of the Holy Spirit when I was facing a “death sentence” —Metastasis Colon cancer. You can be healed too! Be encouraged!
Not About Medicine
If you are looking for a book with medical explanations and details about cancer, I am sorry to tell you right now that, this is not the focus of this book. I intentionally left the majority of the medical details out of this book, so as to focus on my journey with Christ Jesus through my healing process, that way you can learn from my experience and receive your healing likewise, if you so desire. Also, I purposefully left out most of the medical details and focused more on the spiritual aspect of my journey so as to encourage you, the reader, to focus on Christ Jesus, Who is the Only Faithful, True, and Ultimate Healer of all types of cancers for those who believe!
A Teaching Handbook on Healing
Additionally, the content in this book goes beyond my testimony of being healed by the Lord from metastasis Colon cancer. This book is a practical handbook, with in-depth teaching on how to receive healing from the Lord of any disease and how to “walk” (i.e., live daily) in that healing. You will also learn practical insights on how to prevent diseases in the first place.
The Different Sections in this Book
For simplicity, I have divided this book into 4 major sections. In Section 1, titled, “The Journey to the Real Diagnosis“, I discuss the painful journey of how I was diagnosed with metastasis Colon cancer. This section covers the initial few months of my story. In Section 2, titled, ” The Fight For My Life“, I started to discuss how I received the revelation from the Lord on how to begin my fight with cancer, and how I received my healing. This section covers about 4 to 5 months after the diagnosis of cancer. In Section 3, tilted, “Waiting For the Visible Manifestation“, I discuss the lengthy and painful 5 to 6 years of waiting for the visible evidence of being healed.
Lastly, in Section 4, titled, “You Can Be Healed Too“, I offer practical recommendations on how you, the reader, can receive your healing as well. Also in this section, I discuss some common barriers that prevent individuals from receiving their healing from God, and then I discuss ways that you can overcome these barriers and be healed. I then concluded this section by discussing some “do’s and don’ts” with regards to ministering healing to others.
